Many of our patients are referred from the Emergency Departments and Urgent Care Facilities. 
Walk-in's are welcome & we will always attempt to accommodate you, pending our schedule that day.

We are conveniently located at 1333 3rd Ave S Suite #504
In the BayFront Professional Building

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. 
We are not open on weekends. 
We are closed from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm for lunch.

  • Urgent / ER Medical Needs

    Medical Emergencies

    In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Collier Foot & Ankle Center, and they will contact us.

  • Insurance / Payment / Billing

    At Collier Foot & Ankle Center, we accept workers’ compensation, Medicare, and most major commercial insurance plans. Please contact your insurance company to find out if Dr. Malinoski is a participating provider on your specific insurance plan. Although our office staff will verify your insurance benefits, YOU are responsible to be familiar with your insurance plan. Please refer to your insurance handbook / manual or call your insurance company with any questions about coverage that you may have.


    If your insurance plan requires you to pay a co-payment, co-insurance, and / or a deductible, you will need to pay at the time of your visit. Payment is due at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
